- Misrepresentation of

Membership Obligations
- Members agree to conduct

descriptions, prices, and availability is accurate.
- Buyers must honour confirmed
orders and payment agreements.
Prohibited Activities
- Sale of illegal,
counterfeit, or restricted goods is strictly forbidden.
- Members may not use BSWB for
fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities.
- Spam, harassment, or misuse
of WhatsApp Business tools will result in termination.
Payments and Transactions
- Payments must be processed through
approved channels.
- BSWB is not liable for
disputes between buyers and sellers but may mediate when necessary and
where necessary.
- Refunds and returns are
subject to seller policies, which must be clearly stated.
Privacy and Data
- Members’ personal and
business data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- BSWB will not share
sensitive information with third parties without consent.
Termination of Membership
- BSWB reserves the right to
suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Members may voluntarily
cancel their membership via due notifications at any time.
Liability Disclaimer

- Members are solely
responsible for their transactions and agreements.
