About DA CELEBRANT
DA CELEBRANT is a registered brand with CAC BN: 9348068.
Our mission is to celebrate members on their Birthday, Wedding, and Wedding Anniversary, and rejoice with members through DA CELEBRANT community celebration experiences.
Membership Eligibility
1. Membership is open to individuals 18 years and above residing in Nigeria.
2. By registering, you agree to provide true and accurate information.
3. DA CELEBRANT reserves the right to reject any application without explanation.
Membership Fee & Duration
1. Annual Membership Fee: ₦1,000.00 only.
2. Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment confirmation.
3. Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Renewal is required annually to remain an active member and eligible for DA CELEBRANT community celebration experiences.
Membership Benefits
1. Recognition and celebration on your Birthday, Wedding, or Wedding Anniversary as registered with us.
2. Automatic entry into DA CELEBRANT periodic community experiences.
3. Access to member-only offers, partnerships, and community events.
4. Other benefits as may be announced by DA CELEBRANT from time to time.
The DA CELEBRANT COMMUNITY CELEBRATION
EXPERIENCE
1. Maiden Edition: THREE members will be in view -1 Birthday Celebrant, 1 Wedding Celebrant, 1 Wedding Anniversary Celebrant.
2. Deciding on the THREE: The THREE will be decided by a random and transparent process during a live studio-audience event. The process will be recorded and published.
3. Eligibility for a DA CELEBRANT community Celebration Experience: Only members with active membership as at the celebration date will be eligible.
4. Prizes: Prizes will be announced before every celebration experience.
5. Member Celebrant Notification: Member Celebrants will be contacted within 48 hours and announced publicly. Celebrants must claim their prize within 14 days.
6. Backups: 2 backup celebrants will be put on stand-by for each category in case the main member celebrant cannot be reached or declines.
Data & Privacy
Information provided during registration will be used solely for membership management, celebrations, and communication from DA CELEBRANT. We will not share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Conduct
Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. DA CELEBRANT reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for fraud, false information, or abusive conduct.
Changes to Terms
DA CELEBRANT reserves the right to amend these Terms. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or our official channels.
Limitation of Liability
DA CELEBRANT will make reasonable efforts to deliver stated benefits and prizes. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control.
Agreement
By paying the ₦1,000.00 membership fee and submitting this form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
